Rowing is low impact, providing whole-body exercise that most people can do. Importantly, learning a new skill that includes physical activity is known to slow cognitive decline associated with aging!

Summer Paddle Camp – Lanier Canoe & Kayak Club

Designed for kids ages 7 – 16, campers are introduced to the basics of kayak, canoe, dragon boat and standup paddleboard in a safe and fun environment!

Steve Earle – Boot Barn Hall

Most recently, Earle’s 1988 hit Copperhead Road was made an official state song of Tennessee in 2023!
