Create an everlasting work of art! This workshop provides the opportunity to paint with semi-moist nontoxic under glaze to create a watercolor-like effect on your dish. First, students will create a design on paper using traditional watercolors. Then, students will transfer the outline of their design to a bisque dish. Next, students will apply glaze to create a masterpiece of their own! The dishes will be glazed and fired at the Quinlan and will be ready for pick up in a couple of days. All glazes used in this workshop will allow the plate to be food and dishwasher safe. The workshop is geared for those willing to try new approaches within a relaxed environment with plenty of one-on-one instruction.
