Families can meet Santa, enjoy a special kids’ Appalachian Christmas music performance and take part in traditional crafts and activities that bring history to life.

Children can create their own keepsakes with clay ornaments (paid craft), watch the blacksmith at work, and explore how Christmas was celebrated long ago. Families can tour a beautifully decorated historic cabin, follow a fun trivia hunt, and test their knowledge with guess-the-artifact. It’s a day of learning, creativity, and community—Appalachian style.
