Join The Wisdom Project for an inspiring symposium May 19 & 20, 2023 at UNG-Gainesville Campus.
In a culture infatuated with youth, how do we live well as we move through mid-life and beyond? Join us for a gathering with your friends to hear from an inspiring author and local community leaders about how to “dance from the inside out.”
Our Friday night keynote speaker, Dr. Westina Matthews, has recently been appointed as a trustee at the Berkley Divinity School at Yale. She is the author of five books including Dancing from the Inside Out: Grace-Filled Reflections on Growing Older. Her 6th book is due to be released this coming fall.
SATURDAY COMMUNITY SPEAKERS are golf legend Tommy Aaron, Dr. Dave Westfall, Rev. Dr. Cynthia Park, Rev Mary Demmler, Dr. Martha Nesbitt and
Dr. Sung Lee who will discuss new technologies on protecting our brains specifically related to stroke and stroke risk.
