Like many families, life started to feel a little repetitive. Weekends became predictable, and everyone wanted something different. Ridge wanted to be outside fishing or exploring. Tiara dreamed of trying new restaurants, relaxing by the pool, or visiting beautiful gardens. Scout? He simply wanted to experience everything.
So they packed their bags and headed to Gainesville.
It didn’t take long for them to realize they had found the perfect destination. Meet the Family
Ridge is the outdoorsman of the family. Originally from Blue Ridge, Georgia, he loves hiking, fishing, scenic drives, and anything that gets him outside. He’s known for saying, “Let’s take the scenic route!”—and every once in a while, after a slow day on the lake, you’ll hear him ask, “WTF… Where’s the fish?!”
Tiara is all about enjoying life’s little luxuries. She loves discovering local restaurants, sipping wine, relaxing by the pool, and finding beautiful gardens to wander through. Although she’s often outnumbered by her adventurous husband and son, she knows the best memories are made together.
Scout is the youngest traveler in the family and the most excited about every new adventure. Whether it’s visiting a museum, exploring a park, meeting animals, or finding the next hidden gem, Scout is determined to collect every Gainesville Suitcase Badge while making unforgettable memories.
