The NEGA History Center is partnering with Judge Kelly Robertson and The Gainesville Bar Association to organize a reading of the Declaration of Independence on July 1st. Stay tuned for more info!

Program begins at 11 for the reading of the Declaration.

For the duration of the event, NEGAHC will organize interpreters to be on site to visit with people as Button Gwinnett and Lyman Hall. There will be other reenactors in Revolutionary War costumes. Guests can chat with these figures before and after the formal program.

Open to the public.
