Want to be a Vendor at Downtown Gainesville Events?

The Main Street Gainesville program focuses on promoting businesses with storefronts in the historic district.

Before moving forward please, review the required documents to be a vendor at Main Street Gainesville sponsored events  linked below. These documents are to ensure our attendees enjoy safe and clean food, drink, products, and experiences from professional vendors. These documents must be renewed on an annual basis for all vendors.

Vendor Application Information: 

There are a limited number of events available each year and a limited number of vendor spaces as well. Vendors wishing to take part in Main Street Gainesville events must first complete the Vendor Application linked below.  This form DOES NOT secure your spot at any events listed therein. It is solely a form for us to gather information. Vendors are booked for Main Street Gainesville sponsored events per event and our staff will reach out if interested in having you attend. Events are booked 1-3 months in advance.
