DESCRIPTION:Learn to Row is a program of Lake Lanier Rowing Club that teaches a lifelong physical activity. \nRowing is low impact\, providing whole-body exercise that most people can do. Importantly\, learning a new skill that includes physical activity is known to slow cognitive decline associated with aging. \nClasses meet three times per week for 4 weeks and will be held in April\, May\, June\, August\, and September.
