SUMMARY:Learn to Row - Lake Lanier Rowing Club
DESCRIPTION:Learn to Row is a program of Lake Lanier Rowing Club that teaches a lifelong physical activity. \nRowing is low impact\, providing whole-body exercise that most people can do. Importantly\, learning a new skill that includes physical activity is known to slow cognitive decline associated with aging. \nClasses meet three times per week for 4 weeks and will be held in April\, May\, June\, August\, and September. Learn to Row is open to all ages 18 and up\, and no previous rowing experience is necessary. \nPlease visit www.lakelanierrowing.org for details.
