The purpose of the project supported by the Georgia Council of the Arts’ Vibrant Community Grant is to expose different cultural forms to Gainesville and Hall County‚Äôs diverse population. Throughout the rehearsal time the intention was to demonstrate activities for all bodies to engage in a meaningful exchange by sharing cultural practices in the form of music and dance. The process presents an opportunity for a cultural exchange where informative and historical dialogue will take place.
